Complaint from Derrick Potts Billings, MTover 2 years agoOne the the worst apt complex's in Billings. The management sucks, they never fix any issues. I have a leak in my celling and I called them to fix it about 3 months ago and no one ever came by. Also there's alot of crime. Burglary, Violent People, you name it. The police are over here alot. I wouldn't recommend having ur kids live here. It's just down right awful. I would give this complex a 0/10.
